How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing in the app and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your account will switch to read-only mode at the end of your billing period.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export in the app to download your temperature logs as CSV or generate PDF reports for any date range.

How do I add more staff members?

Go to Settings > Team in the app and click 'Add Staff'. Create a name and PIN for each new team member. Starter plan supports up to 10 staff.

My temperatures aren't syncing. What should I do?

KitchenTemp works offline and syncs when you reconnect. Check your internet connection, then open the app and wait a few seconds. If the issue persists, try force-refreshing the app or contact support.

How do I generate an inspector report?

Go to Reports in the app, select a date range, and tap 'Generate PDF'. You can also create a QR code link that gives inspectors read-only access to your logs.
